Sarah Elrod Photography is growing & expanding which means we now have an associate photographer team!
An associate photographer is another professional photographer who takes the role as the lead photographer for the day.
the only job of the associate photographer is to capture the wedding day images & deliver the raw files/memory cards to Sarah Elrod for the editing process.
All photographer/client correspondence, emails, and consultations are done only with Sarah Elrod to ensure clients receive the Sarah Elrod experience.

Q: in what situations would we get an associate photographer?
Q: do we get a discount if we book an associate photographer?
Q: do we get to choose who we have as our associate photographer?
A: if Sarah Elrod is not available to photograph your event and/or if you opt in to have an associate photographer
A: any weddings booked after June 1st 2022 that opt in for an associate photographer at the time of booking will receive a $500 discount. The discount will not apply to weddings currently booked nor does it apply to situations where Sarah was booked as the lead photographer and can no longer photograph the wedding such as an act of God that has caused her to replace herself with one of her associate photographers.
A: this is on a case by case basis. Since my associate team is limited and could change each year, typically I will select whomever is available on your date and who is the best fit. But feel free to ask me more questions about this and address any concerns in your initial email!
